Refund Policy

REFUNDS: Each refund costs the district time and money. The following policy will be implemented for refunds: 1. When a class is cancelled or closed by the Parks & Recreation District, those who have paid a fee will be issued a full refund. 2. A refund requested by the participant will be processed if received at least seven (7) days prior to the start date of the class, program, or trip. A processing fee of $5.00 per refund will be deducted from the refund amount. 3. NO REFUNDS will be issued after the start date of the class, program or trip. 4. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
