Line dancing is an excellent exercise, but it can also be a lot of fun! There are many different types of line dances that we teach in our line dancing program. Our Line Dancing Lessons don't require a partner, but you are free to bring a group of friends and have a great time. Plus, you'll unwittingly be getting some workout.

Only regular physical activity, such as dancing, was linked to a significant decrease in dementia and Alzheimer's disease, according to a study by Albert Einstein Medical Center in the Bronx. Line dancing courses, in particular, have been shown in numerous studies to improve cognition, balance, cardiovascular health, and vertigo. And it's great fun!

This class is the best place to start for everyone, as everyone learns at a different rate.
